Sunshine
Sunshine can be quite a trouble maker. She always wants to eat Ki-ki but hasn't dared to be quite that evil yet. She will, however, be wearing a devil costume this Halloween. I'll post pictures if they come out well. She also enjoys tearing up socks or anything else she can get her paws on. She has a lot of attitude and will even sit and bark at me until I throw a toy for her. I admitt that she is a spoiled puppy who only gets the best. |

Ki-ki Ki-ki's curret vocabulary contains over 30 English words. Some of her favorite phrases include "Come here!" (used anytime I have food), "Hey cutie", "Poor birdie" (used when she doesn't get her way), and "Stop that!" (when she gets mad at me). As you can guess, "hey cutie" was the only one she was supposed to learn. She usually eats whatever I eat but some of her favorite foods are green grapes, pasta and anything with a lot of sugar. She is looking forward to her second Halloween with me. An interesting fact about Quaker Parrots is that a blood test is usually required to sex them so I don't actually know Ki-ki's true sex. I've decided it is irrelevant and refer to her as a female only for the sake of convenience. Anyone who has seen her throw a temper tantrum will agree with me that there is a good chance she is a female. |
